This was my first purchase of an Audi and my first experience with Jim Ellis. I was served by Lauren Robinson, a new sales person who was very pleasant to work with and who eagerly sought to earn my business. I purchased a 2012 A6 that apparently had an issue with the Module that controls the MMI. She worked with the service department to fix a couple of items on the awe Owe list including the module and had my car ready to go within a week during which she communicated status and appropriately set the expectation for completion. I've only had the vehicle for a week but based on the interaction with Lauren and the rest of the sales and finance team, I will likely do business with Jim Ellis in the future.
