the staff is helpful as always. everyone is kind and knowledgeable.

Had a very bad experience since we were never informed that this visit (35k miles) would be "special" and require over 5 hours of time. My wife brought car in thinking it would be same as before. In the end we were not able to get it serviced and it was a waste of her time.

Experience was fine.

I arrived to drop off my 2015 Q5 for service right when the service department opened. I had to wait for a few minutes while the customer ahead of me was assisted. My car was checked in and I was out the door within a few minutes. I was prepared to leave my car overnight but was pleasantly surprised when I received a call after a few hours. The pickup process was even quicker than the dropoff. I highly recommend the service department at Jim Ellis Audi!
