I decided to purchase a brand new set of tires from Audi because I needed to go out of town and only trusted the Audi Dealership to do it correctly. I scheduled service the day before I was to go out of town so I could get on the road early because my mother was in the hospital. When I got ready to leave the tire pressure warning light came on and said all 4 tires were under inflated. I called Audi and spoke with Matthew Hunter and he said that is was totally normal and to bring it in. I explained that this was a huge inconvenience because I needed to get on the road. While I was at the dealership getting the tire pressure checked I got a phone call that my mother had passed away. I have no doubt that I still would not have got to the hospital in time but if this is a normal occurrence I should have been notified prior to leaving the day before that I may have to bring it back in to get the tire pressure adjusted. I am totally disgusted that if this is normal that I was not told to expect it and I was not offered any type of concession for the huge inconvenience.

From the moment you make an appointment, you receive an email stating the appt. info along with the loaner car info. The minute you arrive, you name is on the kiosk and the service tech. assigned to you is by your car. He goes over the process, gets you over to the loaner car etc. It was done sooner than expected and when we returned we were out the door in 10 mninutes. Execellen overall experience.
