Audi of Bend (Kendall) is the bomb! We purchased a Q5 4 yrs ago with them and had troubles this past year with excessive oil consumption. Come to find out it was a problem with the piston and rings on a car that was outside of warranty. But I was beyond impressed that Audi did all the work non gratis because there were a few 2009-2011 vehicles which had had this problem. And the fellows at the Bend store were so great they were actually going to drive a loaner car down to us (we live a couple of hours away) and swap cars so we wouldn't have to make the trip both ways! So very grateful for Audi service folks and Audi!

Great Service Experience with my new Q5!

Even though I had an appointment and had asked for a ride to work, still had to wait 20+ minutes for a shuttle, not that big of deal, service is always good, friendly etc

Scott & the gang are awesome..... my Q5 was done before they told me it would be and it was clean & shiny. Being able to use a Q7 loaner for the day was a huge perk as well... thanks for all that you do!
