We were treated very well by both our sales person, Chris Warlick, and manager Rebecca Foley. Chris was extremely knowledgeable and courteous and friendly at all times. I felt we were in the hands of complete professionals. In addition, it was an enjoyable process since we bought the car we wanted and received a fair trade on our other car. We were not pressured in any way. The finance process was also very smooth and professional.

Great, fast service!! They washed and vacumned my car!! ( it really needed it) AND when my husband was mistaken and thought they had a shuttle running on Saturday( they don't) they were nice enough to still Bri g him home! Thanks!!!!!!!

We greatly appreciated the relaxed, no pressure sales approach when we came to Audi Bend to LOOK at the Q7. As smart consumers, we first do our homework and determine if we even like a vehicle and if it will fit our needs before we are ready to enter negotiations of such a major purchase. Rick Winner was courteous, patient, answered our questions, and let us leave to think about it without any hassle or expectation. Comparatively, we went to Toyota and as soon as we walked in the door, the sales person was pushing a quote on our trade-in. She also had no regard for our limited time, stalled showing us the vehicle we wanted to see, took us on the longest test drive of our lives and did not or could not answer our questions directly...very frustrating and a waste of time. That experience alone, never mind the superior Q7 cinched our return to Audi Bend and Rick Winner a few days later when we were ready to enter negotiations. Rick and the sales manager, Rebecca were respectful and we were able to reach agreement on the purchase. We are very happy with the Q7. It's only been a few days but the more we drive the vehicle, the more we like it. It is extremely comfortable and luxurious and practically drives itself. Thank you Audi Bend.
