My first time at your location, I was greeted by Drew a service writer. He handled my business well and was very helpful and friendly. He was really a nice young man. He advised me on things I need to do with my car in the near future. I will return and will ask to be cared for by Drew.

It took 4 months for me to get my car repaired and they finally said it couldn’t be fixed. They did their best to make it right, but I needed to buy a new vehicle. It took too long to admit the issue and in the end, I paid more and the experience was extremely dissatisfying.

Moses was very professional and easy to work with. He had a positive attitude the entire time I was there. I wasn’t there to purchase a vehicle that day. I’d never driven an Audi before and wanted to test it out. Moses not only talked me into buying a car we upgraded the model. He knew what I was looking for in a car and knew the Q5 would be perfect for my first Audi based on my questions & concerns. The entire staff was super friendly. In a few years I will be back to upgrade again!

After my car was recalled, I took it right in. It was released same day , but the next morning something caused disturbing icons to show on the dash. I called and was able to bring the car over immediately to leave it. The problem was fixed within two hours, and the team kept me well informed. I also appreciated the car wash and the fact that they handled an oil change that was also needed.
