It took over a week to replace the ac compressor. I spent an entire day trying to reach someone to find out the status of my car.Did not receive a multi point complimentary inspection video even though I received a text mentioning I would receive one.

Entire experience was disappointing. My family was in the automobile business for many years and this was not what buying a car should be like. The biggest issue was when we took delivery of our certified pre owned vehicle, it was not cleaned properly and when my 15 year old son was cleaning it he found a hunting bullet and an empty beer can.
