Every visit to the service department was the same. I must have been invisible while standing there. It took 10 mins when I picked up my car to even get a "we will be with you shortly"

Not good. Especially having made this appointment a year out for a yearly service for a vehicle procured through Brookline. Would have resolved better service from just an appointment made a week out. Just a lot of excuses and misdirection about my software concerns and can’t dos. Will submit a case to Audi of America about KD2 and this experience

I was at Audi Brookline for oil change. It was done in a timely manner time. They gave me a complete report on my four tires and estimated cost for replace and how long it’s going to work before replacement,

The service department was very helpful in interacting me to the sales staff. They were both very nice.

Efficient but very expensive compared to other shop.

Came in to replace a tire. Luis was a terrific service advisor

Luis was very efficient and gave me some advice on the causes of the problem and how to avoid the issues in the future that was extremely useful.
