I visited for a recall service. The recall service went great and the reception/drop-off/pick-up were all seamless. However, I was also sold the 30K service package for my car despite having driven 10K miles. I felt upsold as there was a lack of transparency.

Very professional interactions and clear communication. I particularly appreciated that Danny V. discovered my (new to me) used car had an extended warranty associated with it.

Jeff Buckholtz was great. Very helpful and understanding. The only issue was there was some mixup where Audi didn't think I wanted my radio fixed. I ended up having to keep the car there another couple of days for this repair and an additional trip to Audi but Jeff made sure everything was done to my satisfaction.

This whole process was a nightmare. I was constantly trying to chase people down trying to get answers to the status of my vehicle.

The people helping us were wonderful.Answered every question.We’re aware that our time was important and moved everything along, even texting after hours and over the weekend.

Salesperson was too busy selling another car then to deliver mine. Waiting quite a while to get it . Yes we were waiting for the inspection sticker but the car was done and I had to basically interrupt him selling a car to get mine after I complained to the sales manger. He was so busy with that that he just gave me my key and told me he would send videos on how to use the car and set my car up which by the way wasn’t correct and I had to reach out to him and also Audi to figure out why my account was not linking to electrify America so I still can’t use plug and charge. No front license plate so I have to do that on my own. And being as busy as he was he forget to give me my second key with the card so I could access my MMI. His solution was to send me my second key and push my account through MMI by giving him my user name and password so I could charge my car. And that is one of the reasons my MMI won’t activate plug and charge I gather. Complete dissatisfaction when I was excited about it. Imagine leasing a $85k car with that type of service? I actually called Porsche in Burlington the next day m to see if I could get out of it. Love my Audi 2019 Sq5 and manhattan Audi and Burlington Audi but Brookline never again. Still spending time trying to fix things and never got any assistance or knowledge about how to use anything in this car. Shame really. I complained originally to the sales manager when he was not following up with my purchase initially and he then responded only to go right back to his mission of selling cars without closing and delivering the car he just sold . That is a no no in sales. I willBe taking my business elsewhere and all my clients and anyone I know . And Audi? Tarnished my brand loyalty for future sales. I am still spending time fixing things day 3. He is not a bad young man but mismanaged in my opinion as that is too down directed. You never pick up a sale when you have a customer coming in to pick up one that he just bought. Missed opportunity. I would rather spend the money on good service in my opinion and that was not good service .
