Car towed in for battery replacement and they didn’t get possession of the key fob so took 24 hours to retrieve from tow truck driver. Then didn’t work on it for another day. Continued to call old home number in our file despite being given cell number and told to use it. Continued emailing David even after being told twice to contact me (Claire, actual driver of this car). Finally got car days later told to wait outside building to wait for car. Waited over 10 minutes before they came to say, they opted to bring car to other side of building. Got in car and found a screwdriver and other (orange/red) tool on the passenger seat. Later that day, opened trunk and found floor cover of back of Q7 (where Bose system is) was opened, and audi provided toolkit (normally in that trunk area) was opened, tools had spread all over the trunk, the two in front seat belonged to my kit, and multiple pieces were missing. Will never recommend. I was minutes from having to file a police report for a stolen key fob and could have reported you for the destroyed tool kit.

The gentleman at the service desk were very friendly, polite and informed. Although they were very busy this past week, they were able to get me in for service and coordinate my return to pick up my vehicle. My car needed repairs and they were able to explain in detail what the master technician had recommended.

Every visit to the service department was the same. I must have been invisible while standing there. It took 10 mins when I picked up my car to even get a "we will be with you shortly"

Not good. Especially having made this appointment a year out for a yearly service for a vehicle procured through Brookline. Would have resolved better service from just an appointment made a week out. Just a lot of excuses and misdirection about my software concerns and can’t dos. Will submit a case to Audi of America about KD2 and this experience

I was at Audi Brookline for oil change. It was done in a timely manner time. They gave me a complete report on my four tires and estimated cost for replace and how long it’s going to work before replacement,

The service department was very helpful in interacting me to the sales staff. They were both very nice.
