I took my Audi S6 e-tron in for a free proactive software upgrade recommended by Audi, and also got the tire pressures reset. As the work was scheduled to take all day, I was given free Lyft rides home and back again when the nicely cleaned car was ready to pick up. I was kept informed of work status in real time and treated great throughout the whole experience. Totally satisfied!
