My overall experience was great. My only is when the service rep calls to tell you the wok that needs to be done, an explanation of why and what it does is helpful. I had a part replaced in my Q5 that had to do with emissions. It was a high cost and don’t appreciate someone just saying because you need it. I had to look up online what the part was and what it did
