Overall my experience was very good. Keith has been extremely helpful in the process of purchasing my car. It was disappointing and frustrating however because I wasn’t informed about an issue with the title after I had purchased the car. It has been two weeks and I have received no update on when I will be able to actually drive my car.

I called and made an appointment for a new key and a 20,000 mile check. I arrived on the day of only to be asked if I had ordered the key? I said what do you mean did I order a key…I made the appointment shouldn’t someone here order it? The gentleman helping me explained that I needed to pay for the key before it would be ordered and I asked why no one told me that when I made the appointment and he said that the appointment was probably scheduled through a call center or something like that and they would not know that. I called the Burlington branch when I made the appointment and regardless this should have been addressed when I was given a day and time for service. Next I received an email that the key was in so I called and rescheduled the appointment. I arrived for appointment and was asked at the desk if I had all the keys for the car which I did not. The same gentleman that helped me on my first useless visit now informed me that I needed to go home and get the other key or it would no longer work after the programming. Needless to say I can not give this experience an excellent rating which is very disappointing and not at all what I have come to expect from your service department. This car is my 3rd Audi and I also had my husband recently buy his first Audi. I am seriously hoping that this was a one off.
