I called and made an appointment for a new key and a 20,000 mile check. I arrived on the day of only to be asked if I had ordered the key? I said what do you mean did I order a key…I made the appointment shouldn’t someone here order it? The gentleman helping me explained that I needed to pay for the key before it would be ordered and I asked why no one told me that when I made the appointment and he said that the appointment was probably scheduled through a call center or something like that and they would not know that. I called the Burlington branch when I made the appointment and regardless this should have been addressed when I was given a day and time for service.Next I received an email that the key was in so I called and rescheduled the appointment. I arrived for appointment and was asked at the desk if I had all the keys for the car which I did not. The same gentleman that helped me on my first useless visit now informed me that I needed to go home and get the other key or it would no longer work after the programming. Needless to say I can not give this experience an excellent rating which is very disappointing and not at all what I have come to expect from your service department. This car is my 3rd Audi and I also had my husband recently buy his first Audi. I am seriously hoping that this was a one off.

Good communication. Two warning lights on dash (low tire pressure & low fuel). Car was in for flat tire repair, so concerned about 1st light. Techs didn't reset tire pressure on UI. I did that & light went out. Low fuel - I went directly to Mobil station on MX turnpike. Across from Trader Joe's - less than 2 miles from Audi. Car literally ran out of gas as I was pulling to pump. Pit 19.5 gals in ( capacity is 19.75). Would have expected Car to have more than .25 gals when I picked it up, as was nowhere near empty when dropped off. Repairs seem fine. End game needs a lot of improvement.

I had two reasons: 1. To get an inspection sticker for my new car and 2. to get further instructions for using the systems on my car
