Was able to get my new Q6 looked at by technician on December 31. They ran a diagnostic and installed a software update aimed at fixing the several outlined problems. While those issues seem to have been solved, I now have another one which arose following the service appointment.

Purchased a used car that had some service issues the delivery of the car was delayed 3 days when I returned to pick up the vehicle it had more service issues it took an additional four days but the problems were resolved and car is excellentNot a lot of focus to detail here
