This was just a state inspection. Didn't wait long and they were very accommodating as usual.

Was able to get my new Q6 looked at by technician on December 31. They ran a diagnostic and installed a software update aimed at fixing the several outlined problems. While those issues seem to have been solved, I now have another one which arose following the service appointment.

Purchased a used car that had some service issues the delivery of the car was delayed 3 days when I returned to pick up the vehicle it had more service issues it took an additional four days but the problems were resolved and car is excellentNot a lot of focus to detail here

Excellent. Brian listened carefully to my description of the issue with my headliner and carefully noted it for the tech. Was fixed perfectly with no more noise!
