My service consultant, Tony Ferreira met my as I pulled in for service. He is highly appreciated as he is friendly and welcoming.He immediately knew what the probable reason my vehicle was acting up. He assured me they would correct the deficiency. He understands his job and customer anxiety. He is the reason I am not at Audi Peabody. He even noticed that my vehicle needed an inspection sticker which I would have surely missed. Please let Tony know he is exceptional at his job...don't let him get away.Thanks Bill

I don’t like the AI answering system. The system got it wrong and I had to speak with someone anyway. Regardless, I prefer to speak someone when scheduling. Everything else was great!
