My experience was mediocre compared to other times I’ve bought cars at Plaza. I’m mostly upset because I told my dealer that my inspection expired prior to me even getting the title and that the car has been having computer issues, not always connecting to my phone as well as the proximity sensor not consistently working to open the car. In the past, someone would have called me to set up an appointment to fix these issues. It’s been several weeks and that has not occurred. I will call myself, but this is not the service that I have come to expect from Audi Creve Coeur.

It has taken longer than a week to download a software update. Thae lights are still not fixed in a car we bought a month ago and have not even driven it a full week yet.
