Experience was nice

Dealt with Mike Caros as the salesperson and Lauren Young for financing. Mike was very knowledgeable and knew the vehicle inside and out. Lauren was low pressure and easy to walk through the finance and dealer options with. Both Mike and Lauren made the buying process a pleasent experience.

I went in to use the Birthday Coupon for a wash and inspection. The team was friendly and professional. They took the time to help me connect my phone to my vehicle when it previously failed to connect multiple times. Caressa and the technician were both extremely polite and communicated everything clearly.

Vehicle had major work done, so with delay in getting tires, I had a loaner for5 days counting the weekend. Work completed as vehicle runs and handles like it did when I bought it. Outstanding job by everyone involved!
