As always, I was treated fantastic by Jed. The whole Audi service department team are the best. I was not happy with the Service Department Team's new dress code. I really enjoyed seeing them in their Audi Logo polo shirts. They looked more a part of a team rather than individual "sales" people. They promoted a sense of knowledge and experience just by wearing those shirts. Bring them Back!!

Our salesman, Alex, was very helpful and courteous. He quickly understood that we were there to replace our 2019 A6 with the 2025 A6. He recognized that we had "done our homework" to come to the conclusion that another A6 met our needs, no pressure felt to upsale us. Eric, your sales manager checked in a couple of times to ensure our needs were being met. You already have a picture of us with the new A6.
