Chris was a good salesman and he worked hard with the team to make the sale.

The service team is doing a good job. The actual Audi Q5 is horrible and having two service calls for the engine light in the first three months is completely unacceptable. I regret purchasing this Audi and will probably never buy another Audi again.

My salesperson was very patient and honestly went above and beyond. I can be overly indecisive, especially when it comes to choosing color combos, but he never made me feel rushed or difficult. He treated me like a guest, or family friend, not just a “customer”, and helped me find the perfect color combination and trim level for my used vehicle. I am truly grateful for the patience he showed throughout the process.

Good but not as good as last time

Chris Mutter was a fantastic sales person. His attention to detail and follow up was World class. He researched the vehicle options and got back to me in a timely manner. His dedication to me (the customer) was top notch. He listened to our needs and built a strong relationship. His easy going personality made it easy to transact business with which can be challenging when the deal is done over the phone. I got a good sense that he would take care of my wife since I was unavailable due to being hospitalized. Therefore I would highly recommend him and recommend him for salesman of the month!
