Friendly and pleasant

Our salesman, Alex, was very helpful and courteous. He quickly understood that we were there to replace our 2019 A6 with the 2025 A6. He recognized that we had "done our homework" to come to the conclusion that another A6 met our needs, no pressure felt to upsale us. Eric, your sales manager checked in a couple of times to ensure our needs were being met. You already have a picture of us with the new A6.

Great experience, no issues

Service agent was fine, however previous service agents did not mention that some necessary items had not been done.

Had Brent as my service advisor. He was super nice and helpful. Ended up getting a bolt in my tire and the warranty I purchased on the car came into play to get my tire fixed. Bought my car from Plaza Audi and so happy I did. Every time I come here, I have a great experience. Thank you guys for getting my tire fixed and getting it done super fast as well.
