Caressa had a complete list of services to be provided along with new tires in stock so I didn't have to wait hours. Furthermore, she had me bring in my vehicle early and I was able to pick it up sooner than was advised. Also and very important, Plaza was offering a sale on new tires and Caressa advised me so I booked that service with Plaza, customer service at it's best. Service was excellent, timely and extremely satisfied.
