Overall, the experience was good. However, I would recommend allowing people to test drive vehicles for longer than 15 minutes alone. Going alone is important to start with. Some people need that time to just sit with the vehicle, feel the sound system, the seat comfortableness, etc. That would be my only recommendation for improvement.
