I am happy to be referred to Plaza as a reputable dealership for shopping and to be fortunately paired with a knowledgeable and passionate salesperson like Sofia. She helped me find a vehicle that I was searching for in my price range and with options that suited my needs. Upon pickup of my vehicle I noticed there were some spots on the outside that could have been cleaned better and on the inside it should of been detailed better of it was. Will helped with the financial part and we moved things along just fine and as agreed upon. He was pleasant to work with. There was an ask for Window tinting on the vehicle which was agreed upon before purchasing the vehicle. They did a great job with this on my vehicle. The staff there is very professional and seems to want to get you in the right vehicle that fits you. The dealership is very nice and the service department in the back is huge. The reason for the 3 stars and not 5 stars is due to the lack of detailing before delivery of my vehicle on the seat sides, areas of the leather, dusty dash, and not buffing out the rotary marks from the polisher on the right side of the vehicle (noticed once seen in sunlight at angles).

Alison, sales person was great. Lauren Young/Sean Borg have not responded to my calls regarding extended warranty refund. Purchased in error during closing on 2025 Q7. I have left repeated calls. Waiting on check for $3060.00.

it was great: very informative, in lighten. A thorough review of the Audi A6 (I' am new to Audi - I didn't do any research before I made the purchased of that vehicle from Enterprise car rental/sales with 47500 miles after the purchased then I started do the research, I know that's backwards). After my first visit to your /Audi dealership for my first, I thought, oil change (it was overdue by 8000 miles for a transitions fluid change and new spark plugs. The service person (Ben) listened patiently to my rambling complaints. He answered patiently and calmly put my concerns at rest. He did rush me but spent as time that I needed to understand the issues about the car. I was pleasantly surprised and overwhelmed by the whole experience.

Excellent work by sales staff to locate the vehicle I wanted, have it delivered to the dealership and complete the purchase transaction. This is my 4th Audi purchased from Plaza Creve Coeur and I've been completely satisfied with the experience each time.
