I was greeted upon arrival, had a sit down conversation about what I was looking for and test drove a vehicle I was interested in. I came back a few hours later to test drive a different model for comparison which the sales rep already had ready to go. Any questions I had in the interim of my decision making were answered quickly and succinctly.
