My car was to be completed by 10 am. I received a text update at 2:20, called because of the problem that created, authorized work on the call, and that authorization was not relayed to the correct people.

The whole experience felt very rushed and I didn’t get good introduction to my new car. The sales associate rushed the whole experience including the important technical details and the car was not cleaned/detailed very well. In fact, I still cannot get the Homelink to work with my garage or the app to link with the car. I even came back for a follow up visit 2 days later and I still did not get any good explanation why the app and homelike are not working. I had a follow up call from the dealership manager a few days later but he hasn’t called me back on a follow up explanation to technical issues or to finish detailing the car like he promised.
