It was a very good experience. Rob at Audi, made our things very simple and made buying easier.

Tyler was so good about calling/texting about updates, parts that needed to be ordered, when the car was ready, and calling for the follow-up appointment when the 4 tires came in. Also, my car had been washed before I arrived for pickup. I would highly recommend working with Tyler. He is very professional, knowledgeable, and has an excellent in person/phone presents.
