I am writing to express my deep disappointment with my recent experience at your dealership. While purchasing a car should be an exciting milestone, the level of service we received was far beneath reasonable expectations. First, the sales representative assured us that the vehicle had been detailed before delivery, but it was obvious this was not the case. We discovered food crumbs in the cup holders and coffee stains on the headliner. Only after asking twice did they finally address the detailing properly. Furthermore, key documents we needed to sign were omitted, and the emission test, explicitly referenced in the paperwork as being located in the glovebox, was never provided. This combination of misrepresentation, oversight, and neglect has significantly tarnished our experience. We trusted your dealership to uphold a professional standard but instead we felt ignored and misled. The initial experience was outstanding. The experience I had with Allison Stockman could not have been any better. I felt like I was working with a friend and not a salesman, however, the experience with Bill Stringer not so much. We had a scheduled appointment and waited over an hour past that appointment. Secondly, Bill seemed irritated that we chose not to purchase any extra warranties. I was always under the impression that the purchase of a warranty was my choice not his. I shouldn’t be judged because I opted not to purchase. Third, my wife and I were treated as if we offended him because he was over an hour late and by that time my wife needed to leave. Why were we treated with such disrespect? At the time I apologized to Bill when it should have been the other way around. It is a shame my experience with Plaza was ruined. I went in, hoping to quickly trade in my Q5 for a Q7 Alison was very helpful and was assisting me while multitasking. She was very attentive to detail. I was able to also efficiently negotiate and complete my transaction within two hours.
