The AI customer service phone is SO IMPERSONAL and does not represent the excellent service the service representatives give in person at the dealership service department. I was so put off by the AI rep that I said something to Caressa at the service center. If you want the exceptional service given at the dealership to bleed over to the phone “first impression” get rid of AI and go back to the friendly voice of a live service rep.

Came in for an oil change….was told I need a new engine installed under an extended warranty.

Knowledgeable Sales Consultant (Sean Borg) that was quite respectful.

Went in for service . All the service advisors were busy or seemed to be busy so I was told to wait . No one acknowledged me besides the female advisor when another guest walked in and went to service advisor while I was waiting . She did apologize about that even though she didn’t have to.

Super friendly ! Very knowledgeable also. They were not pushy. We drove 3 hours & they even filled up our gas tank. It’s the little things in life!

The service department is wonderful. Brent always takes great care of me. The waiting area is very nice and they update me on the progress of my car’s service while I wait.
