My engine light came on at 4pm on a Thursday. Adam in service took me right away, put me in an Uber back to the office and had a tech look at my car immediately. He found me a loaner as he diagnosed my repair and communicated with me the entire time. He is the reason I continue to take my Q7 to Plaza.

Fabulous experience

I purchased a New 2025 RS3. Throughout the process of purchasing this car, I mostly interacted with Allison Stockmann. She was very knowledgeable and helpful with any questions that I had throughout the entirety of the process. Additionally, I appreciated that she consistently provided timely responses no matter what time of day I sent questions her way. All other employees I interacted with were great as well!
