Love the service from Caressa. This rating is about my experience prior to getting to her. Getting to her this time was exasperating. I spoke with the call center - twice. Parts - once. I needed a tire. Started to coming out just to learn my tire didn’t make it. Thank goodness I called. It took over a week. Not my usual experience. Not okay. That service center adds unnecessary delay.

Communicated well and advocated for me on the tire warranty.

Audi service is always fantastic. Caressa Chapman is always the best!

Excellent service. Fit in unscheduled service quickly and resolved a difficult to diagnose issue and managed to get it done in less than a day.
