The service personnel Mike and Caressa are wonderful. Too bad the car keeps having problems.

As usual Caressa and the service technicians were great. Have always appreciated the service dept when we bring our car in. However, the person answering the phone was completely inappropriate. First, she said that Caressa was at lunch which I later learned was not the case. And, I was hung up on mid-sentence. This is very atypical from prior experience. But clearly the answering of phone calls needs to be addressed

Needed a couple tires, rotation, and a few other things. Ben is always great to work with

Everything was great except… the tire pressures were not updated after the tires were rotated

Everyone treated me very nice while I was there. I enjoy the experience each time I come in. I don’t know if this happened there, but one of the bolt covers on my wheel is missing if anyone would find one please email me so that I can pick it up and put it back on my car

Multiple lights were on when I took the car in. They did a diagnosis for them and resolved the issue even though the situation was very complex. I would highly recommend.

Unbelievable how quick it was. In and out. Caressa and the tech Matt was great!
