Car was not even washed paid for an airbag light, which is still on. It’s been a while since I’ve been there, but this was my worst experience. Awesome service department, not sure what’s going on with workshop.

I recently visited the Audi Creve Coeur dealership due to a concerning noise I noticed whenever I accelerated. Understandably, I was worried it might be a serious (and expensive) issue as my extended warranty expired the day before. Jed was my service advisor, and from the moment I arrived, he was professional, attentive, and incredibly reassuring. After a thorough inspection, I was initially informed that I might need to replace a tire, as well as the cost for the noise with a potential charge of around $600. While that wasn’t the best news, I appreciated the transparency and the detailed explanation Jed provided. He made sure I understood the reasoning behind the diagnosis and kept me updated every step of the way. However, to my surprise and relief, the final diagnosis turned out to be much simpler—a loose part under the hood that just needed to be re-tightened. Because I have roadside assistance, I only ended up paying a small fee of $60 for the tire. What could have been a stressful and expensive visit turned out to be quick, efficient, and honest. Jed could have easily charged me for a more extensive repair, but instead, he and the team showed true integrity. I left feeling confident in their work and incredibly grateful for the honesty and excellent customer service. Huge thanks to Jed for his exceptional communication, transparency, and overall support throughout the process. This experience has only reinforced my trust in Audi and their service team. Highly recommend!
