Caressa was helpful, as usual. I didn’t have to wait at any point. The techs remembered to reset the service alerts. The prices of the fluid flushes are high. But at least I was able to use a coupon.

My first oil change. All went well except I saw the sign that said my car was to be washed, vacuumed out and tires shined. It was raining so I didn’t expect it to be washed but I had hoped it would be vacuumed out. It was not.
