I have been trying for 2 years to get Jim Ellis to honor the extra warranty they SOLD me when I leased my Q3. My messages and emails to PIB have had NO replies and Marietta location says I have to get the paperwork transferred. They will not honor??!! Posting on every site I can find today. I spent 3 phone calls this morning to PIB and could get NO ONE to answer the phone. What a scam. I have been paying extra for over 25 months and can't even get a pair of wipers replaced. Wipers were called out as covered in the brochure. The worst customer service I have experienced in a long time.

It is the most pleasant dealership, love that you have the same people for years, best service department anywhere. Sasha was, as always a joy to work With and was able to get me into the car I wanted at the price point I needed. I got the A4, Quattro. Love my new car!

From the initial set up of the appointment, the greeting when I enter the dealership, and throughout the financing the staff was GREAT. I could not have had a better experience purchasing/leasing my 2017 Audi A3. Joseph and Tony were great!

I have been a Jim Ellis Audi customer for 5+ years. Most of the time the service has been good. Especially when I had an"s" class vehicle for the first 3 years. Then I switched to the Q7, the service and attention has not been what have been accustomed to with earlier visits. I recently made a service appointment for the 25000 mile check. I took the day off promptly arrived on the given day and time. I was told the appointment cannot be found and was rescheduled 1 week later. I was told by Kevin in service" sorry for the confusion but i will make it up to you when i return 1 week later". Again I shuffled my schedule to get the Q7 to the dealership 1 week later at 730am. Kevin promised the service will take about 1 hour 15 mins so I opted to wait at the dealership. After nearly 3 hours, Kevin tells me the service is complete. I'm not sure what was done in the service because I was not told what would be checked or what would be done for this service interval. He did not review any of the process of the service. After shelling out $450 for the first service and $270 for this service, I was informed that I need to give an additional $1000 for the brakes to be done. I have owned BMW, Porsche, Lexus, Honda, Toyota and many american made cars. Audi's break pads must be gold plated to expect such an outrageous price point. This business transaction with Audi has not been as rewarding as when I had the S5. I didn't realize that the level of customer service is also tied to the trim level of the vehicle. I guess Kevin really did "take care of me". Fortunately there are other Audi dealerships. Thank you, Hope this can be constructive to bring a change.
