A7, very friendly service staff and they were helpful. However, I made an apointment at 1:30 to look at an oil leak. After 1 hour it was determined that a cruch washer on the oil plug was reused which caused the leak. I was at the dealer ship until 5:30pm. Just seemed like a long time to have to wait for somthing that was fairly simple to diagnoise and resolve. Love my car!

Scott was great, have no problem with him, however, after driving the SUV about 10 miles the brakes started to squeak again and just as bad. I live 3hrs from Altanta and it is a problem to get the vehicle to the shop. I wish the vehicle was properly tested, caused it sounds terrible.
