Great service prompt and courteous

Although several repairs were made, the technicians failed to correct one of the problems I mentioned when I brought in the car. I noticed the problem was still there once I picked it up and drove the car on the freeway. However, I live more than 100 miles away and since I was on a weekend trip I could not bring the car back to the dealer. Also, I appreciate the dealer allowing me to drive a loaner for one week since they could not complete repairs on the Saturday I brought it in, but it did force me to make an extra trip to Atlanta to pick up the car

Great staff

Overall pretty good experience. I enjoyed working with Tawana. I had some difficulty finding out when my car would be available for pick-up. I also thought it took too long for me to complete the purchasing process. I was paying cash and yet there was a big deal made out the need for me to meet with "Finance" and I had to sit in his office while he printed out all the papers for me to sign, then find my temporary tags. Why couldn't this been in advance?
