Brought my car in for brakes and tires per your recommendation. Had an appointment at 11:15. At 3:00 they still had not done the work. In fact, nobody knew what it was in for. Original estimate for brakes and two tires was roughly $800. By the time I left there at 6:30 it cost $2400. Service was horrific. From everyone I dealt with.

I was getting an oil change and airbag update for a service recall so it took s little while to complete. I stayed at dealership and was updated by Ron several times in the progress. I was glad to have access to snack bar in waiting area as well.
