I brought my car in at 7:45 for an 8am appt. for the 65000 mile service and to replace the oil pan. I asked for an estimate to replace the oil pan. Tim said he would text me but I never received the text. I called at 12:30 to inquire about the estimate- he gave me the estimate and asked if I wanted to proceed. I said yes. I called back around 3:30 as I was in the area to ask when the car would be ready. Tim wasn't available so I left a message. Never heard back- I called again at 4:30- again Tim not available. At 5pm I had been hanging out near the dealership because it's a 45 min drive home so I just went back to service center to wait. Car was finally ready at 6:45pm. I would like to know why it took so long to service the car and why I wasn't updated on the progress? In Tim's defense- he did say he sent the text to the wrong person and he did seem extremely busy. He said he worked a 12 hour day with no lunch. How do you expect your service technicians to give good customer service under those conditions?
