Service appt. staff boy me in and out quickly

After waiting for three hours to see why my Q3's alarm keeps going off randomly, and so that the panel behind the passenger side front tire that keeps falling down and bottoming out over bumps could be "secured", I drove away with that panel still falling down, and completely unsecured, and the alarm is going off more than ever.

Scott is my service manager and he has been extremely helpful with assisting me with all of my questions as well as going over the maintenance of my Audi A7. I was provided a loaner for my 15K service which was very helpful; I was able to go to work without waiting. Scott and a service tech also helped me with figuring out something on my dash that I had reset and they did everything with a smile.
