Was told the routine 45K mile service was only going to take an hour to complete so we decided to wait for it instead of getting a loaner car. The service took over 3 hours to complete. Had to reschedule an important meeting twice yesterday. I don't understand why the service was under estimated by so much. The service advisor did not say that they had encountered any issues and that the service was routine. Although the waiting area is very nice, I did not need to spend 3+ hours of my day there.
