As has been the case since I purchased my A6 from Jim Ellis Marietta, service department has been great to deal with. My service consultant Scott makes sure my issues are addressed and I am kept informed of progress. I really appreciate everything he does to make the service on my A6 as easy and efficient as possible.

We visited Jim Ellis for recall campaign maintenance on our 2017 A5 Sport. As usual, service was well done and we were quickly back on the road. (Since my daughter is under 25, we waited for the car.)
