Warm, friendly greeting when entered the service bay and continued on to my service advisor. Had my car in the system for first scheduled maintenance and eagerly accepted my request to look into another concern. Courteous and confident service personnel.

Well, bottom line was I was buying a used car. Can't get away from that kind of interaction at it's core. But given that, I felt comfortable with the accuracy of the information, representation of the vehicle, content and frequency of communication, minimal sketchiness of fees, paperwork, typical dealer traps. The process was concluded relatively efficiently and quickly, and so far I believe fairly. I am happy with the car and the car buying experience and I have already told several people that Jim Ellis Audi appears to be an honest and fair auto dealer.
