Very courteous and on top of things. My steering wheel column was replaced under warranty. I also had some creaks in the back of my car. When I drive it off the lot it was fine but by the next day the creaks were back.

I learned about my Audi Q5 after doing an internet search; I was just browsing and had no true intention on purchasing a new car as I only had my Acura RDX since November 15. My intention was to just stop in, maybe explore the various models and perhaps drive a couple, because I've always loved the Audi look. I was met in the lobby by Saban who was ready to help. He took the time (about 3 hours) to go through various models and highlight their differences, searched through the lot's current inventory to show me everything that was available. And was patient enough to explore several on the lot - even though I'm sure he noticed, I probably wasn't buying. I certainly did love the Blue Q5 the most. I left the lot to "sleep on it" and when I called him Monday morning to let him know I was ready to move forward, he arrived earlier than usual that morning to get the job done. I also need to say the Finance Manager was extremely professional and charismatic. He went through the details of the loan, and also made sure I left with the appropriate warranty coverages. These two gentleman turned a lookie loo into a buyer, and represented the company to the highest standard. I'm not an easy sale.. I'm a realtor and a salesman naturally too. I couldn't be happier with my new whip and they deserve recognition for their efforts and success handling me.

Remarkably easy to get a service. I called, got the appointment very early in the day. Got there dropped off the car was greeted and told what was going to happen and shown to the waiting area. Service was completed quicker than estimated. You also have very fast internet, bravo.

They were on time. I was called a week before the appointment for a reminder then also three days before the appointment date. Customer service was excellent and the task done on my car was completed within the scheduled time I was told. They were also very informative. The representative assigned to me was on point. Thanks guys.

I walked in looking to get a pre purchase inspection without an appointment. I was told that I would have to come the next day but I was only in town for the day. The service team spoke to their manager and decided to squeeze me in and did me a favor.
