Great experience at the service department I was really disappointed to receive a discount offer email the day after my service was completed. I think that is pretty bad, with an expiration of September 30

I gave specific instructions to Tim for my car not be washed but when I got it back someone in the detail dept started to clean the rims using a metal polish cream which spread all over the paint as I drove away.

This was a routine 15K service for my 2015 Audi A4. Scott was awesome. He's organized, attentive, and friendly. Got me in and out and kept me updated throughout the process. Also made sure my car was washed before I left which was great.
