Dealer was very helpful & worked hard to make my decision an Audi decision. Some confusion around final car features, but even this was dealt with & throughout very much felt dealership as whole was focused on my satisfaction.

I purchased a 2012 IS250 from the Jim Ellis dealership. It was a great experience due to the sales person was very helpful and made us feel comfortable and important at that time, however, less than 15 days from purchasing the car, we had to take the vehicle to firestone to replace the rotators, brakes and balance all four wheels. Firestone discovered that the two front rims are bent/damage. We contacted our sales person only for him to respond that they will not be responsible for the replacement of the rims when we were told to contact JIM Ellis if we had any issues with the vehicle. The sales person responded that he will get with the manager to see what can be done and call us back WHICH NEVER HAPPENED. It's very sad that during the whole sale transactions everyone is nice and responsive but then once you drive off the lot, it's a totally different reaction. From my previous experience with other car dealerships, there's always certain inspections that was performed before placing the car on the lot and I truly feel that JIM Ellis did not inspect this car thoroughly. I am very disappointed and will not refer anyone to this dealership and I will be contacting the Corporate office to file a report.
