The appointment was for the 1st servicing - 5,000 mile - on my 2016 S5 which I purchased from Jim Elllis. The service was exactly what I would have expected - very thorough, informative, - above and beyond - as was my experience when I bought the car. Everyone was welcoming and friendly. My service consultant, Ron Palcer, was very easy to talk to. He listened and addressed every concern. He also demonstrated some features on the car of which I was not aware. I left with a smile on my face! I love the car!!

I mentioned on many occasions to Tim for my car not to be washed but instead when I got my car back, someone in the detailing department started to clean the rims and left streaks of polishing cream on it after realizing my car was to not be washed/cleaned. This caused the polishing cream to splatter all over the paint on the side trim as I left the dealership. I'm really disappointed my instructions weren't respected.
