Called twice and spoke to two separate people for a quote to replace the alternator on my 2004 Audi S4. I thoroughly explained my understanding of the scope of work so they could confirm and to ensure the quote would be accurate. First person said $1346, the second said around $1300. After waiting three days and dropping off the car for three more days, they called and said this job would run $2600.... Double the original quote. The experience was a complete waste of time. I promptly picked up the vehicle and took it to a trusted independent shop and had the job completed for $1500. The service manager I ended up dealing with was courteous and only charged me 2/3s of the "diagnostic fee" to tell me what I already knew (needs alternator). The lesson here is don't quote someone on a job unless you know what your talking about... Simply tell the customer you don't know and that a qualified service manager will be in contact soon.

I am 75 years old, so I have been in a lot of dealer service departments. Scott may well be the most friendly, helpful, welcoming service writer I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. He is an outstanding representative of the dealership.

My experience with your Dealership was an extremely positive one. My A7 received the services needed and I was apprised of some damages that I had caused and recommendation was suggested. Mr.Tim Brooks was very professional and thoughtful and provided us the assistance that we needed. Also the driver of the shuttle was extremely kind. Other staff members were very cordial. Thanks!
