When I arrived at the Audi Service Center, I was waited upon right away. I went into my service man, Kevin and told him that I'd like for him to sit in the car with me to go over how to put addresses in my GPS and how to exactly get it started. Now, I do know how to work it, but, for some reason when I got ready to go to the dealership, I couldn't get the GPS started that morning. He immediately showed me what I was doing wrong and when I did what he said, it worked properly. Now that's customer service!! I dropped the car off and in about and hour and a half, I got a call to come pick the car up. Everything seems to be fine as far as I can see now. I had a few questions which the other staff members answered for me as Kevin was out to lunch when I came back and everything was answered to my satisfaction. The type of vehicle I own is an Audi S5 and the service was excellent.
