Experience was great as usual. I brought my 2012 A7 in for service. Tim Brooks, my service agent setup the appointment as well as had a loaner car waiting for me. In addition to the service some additional work was need but I did receive my car back much quicker than I thought I was going to!

I have never owned an Audi and got accustomed to the service of Mercedes Benz for the last five times I have purchased a car. I was a little reluctant because I really had gotten accustomed to upscale service. I must say I was not disappointed with the service at Jim Ellis and I am in the process of convincing my sister to purchase an Audi. Thank you for excellent service. My service advisor was very patient and eager to answer every question I threw his way. There is also a young lady in the department responsible for the courtesy cars, she was excellent.

Service was great. The only comment I would like to make is that approximately 24 hours after my 5,000 mile service, my tire pressure indicator light came on. I didn't check the pressure, but I made a visual inspection of all tires and none appeared to be under-inflated. I then went to the car settings on MMI and saved the current pressures as the current settings. I will continue to monitor the tires to see if there is any change in their appearance.
