Difficult with agreeing on return of courtesy car given that I work in the mornings and the only time they would allow me to return it was at 7:30 versus bringing it back the same day at 3:30 when I finished working. Also, would have been nice if they had at least washed the outside of my car after the service.

Hi, Very helpful and courteous staff. The downside of using Jim Ellis Audi is that your charges are excessive. Even the VW dealership undercuts servicing prices (on the identical engine) by a huge margin! I will be looking elsewhere when it comes time to buy a new car.

The staff was very friendly. My salesman, Shawn Gamby, was very informative, communicated well and was extremely patient with me through the process of purchasing my 2017 Q7. I never felt pressured or that I was ever asking a weird or stupid question.

My experience was awesome. Luke my salesperson went above and beyond to assist myself and my husband. Tony was also great in getting the deal finalized!
