It's been two weeks since my purchase of a certified vehicle and I have yet to receive items that should have come with the car. Still waiting on tire lug nut cap removing tool, the toe ring and the smart key for my vehicle plus I have requested a copy of the mileage odometer statement for my trade in three times and still have not received it. I plan on making my second trip back to the dealership to inquire in person about these items.

I always have a positive experience when I take my car in for service. I feel welcomed and well taken care of by the service rep (Tim Brooks). I received clear communication about what'a being done to my vehicle, and what to expect on my next appointment. He is also considerate and makes sure that leaving my car for service is never a hindrance to me having a productive work day.

Service was superb! Hopefully I'll get a loaner next time. Beside that the visit was great. Would have loved to seen more Audi models on the show room with exterior accessories.
