2016 Audi Q5 Great service

I was greeted by Ron as soon as I pulled into the garage. We reviewed everything I needed done (2 recalls) and I went to the customer lounge to wait for the car to be done where I enjoyed a complementary cup of coffee and snack.

Audi is awesome ! And Jim Ellis staff friendly and helpful . Always very clean . Suggestion ( for new building) : don't put waiting area TV in front of big window with sun glare. Better yet , put in area with comfortable seating and mounted individual screens in which each person could choose their own viewing preference .

The customer service, from the sales person as well as the finance director! was extremely friendly and comfortable, however the overall of the vehicle, was not to the level of expectation that I thought!

Kevin F is my favorite associate. He is great about keeping me in the loop.

Purchased a 2017 Audi Q5 and had a great sales experience with DJ Hickman and the rest of the staff.
