It has been extremely positive experience from the purchase of the car to service. The lounge is a comfortable place to work and the staff very friendly. I did end up having to wait about an hour and a half longer than I anticipated, but the service department, Tim, could not have been nicer. The Estimate given for the work showed over charges for Labor. Specifically, double charges for some work and .5 hrs additional over standard work hours. Towed the car to another facility to repair.
