Luke the sales rep was helpful very knowledgeable. He made the process easy and enjoyable. His service was excellent. The Audi A6 was certified and looked and drove great. The dealer agreed to repair a door ding and did do as part of the sale as promised.

My Q5 always get 5-star service that I contribute to my service representative Tim. He is always so professional but not rigid. He is kind, cordial, caring, and great to talk to--just down to earth. He is a great asset to Audi and represent you well. He takes care of all my concerns in a relaxed knowledgeable way without making me feel like he's in a rush and that my concerns are not important to him. The technicians are great too because my car's performance is awesome! I love my Audi and I'm glad I have the best dealership on my side.

The service was excellent, punctual, everything was ready with no delays and the personnel attitude was very customer service oriented. Tim Brooks even answer some questions I had on how to take good care of the car in terms of washing, detailing service etc. I'd only add as general feedback that maybe a bit of a more of an explanation on what the service is about and what is to be done to the car (more in detailed) so the customer can understand the real value of the Audi Care package.
