Quick in and out during drop off and the car was ready on time

OMG, so when I called to make my appt I mentioned in passing that I would remember the appt day bc it was my birthday. When I went to drop off my car Kevin handed me an Audi "swag bag" with Audi goodies!!!!! Are you kidding?!?!?! I was blown away by the thoughtfulness. I took a pic and posted it on my FB page bragging about how AWESOME Jim Ellis Audi was for doing that for me. My friends were jealous and envious. The service was wonderful. In the past sometimes Kevin helps me or sometimes Tim. When I called to make my appt the girl asked who I preferred. I said it didn't matter to me bc I trust both of them completely and they always make sure my car is taken care off 100%. I'm in sales and I tell them both if I didn't not have a car I can't see my accts and therefore I cannot make money. They both always look out for me and work within my constraints of really pretty much always needing to be out and about even when my car is in for repairs.

I have 40k service on my vehicle and they took care of me. I had loner car and they did good job servicing my care and keeping me informed about when it would be ready for pickup. They washed the car and made check in and out process seemless. I Highly recommend this dealership!

Had 15000 mi. service done. Completely satisfied. Wish the drive was not so far from middle ga. Mentioned a noise in the driver side passenger door when closed and was told that would be taken care of on my next appt----26 Aug. Forgot to mention noise coming from steering wheel but a rep called to inquire about the service and I mentioned it to him and he stated that Kevin would be my rep on my next visit.

My experience over all was a great one , can't complain. Although I took alot of trip back en fourth there .
