Overall, the 65,000 service time on my A4 vehicle was not to painful, but the lack of coffee was. Coffee machine not working..

Great guys at Jim Ellis Audi. Always courteous and respectful. Considerate of your time and try to get you in and out as quick as possible. I dropped off a little earlier than my appointment and was explaining how I wasn't feeling that well. My service was to take about 4 hrs so after getting my loaner vehicle I went straight home and laid down. About an hour or so later I received a call saying your vehicle is ready. I asked was everything alright and what happened to the 4+ hrs. He told me he put 2 guys on it because he knew I wasn't feeling well and knocked it out in no time? That's the kind of care and service THIS customer appreciates! I will be a LOYAL customer as long as I drive an Audi and I WONT be driving anything else! Thanks guy!!!!!!!
