This is the second Q5 I have purchased working with Ahamed Eboo. As expected, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. Ahamed and the entire staff were prepared when I came in that day and made the entire experience of buying a car a pleasurable. I have driven an Audi since 1981 and have been a customer of Jim Ellis Audi Marietta since the mid 1990's and have never had anything but exceptional, professional and friendly courteous service from this dealership and its employees. I would, and have recommended them to others.

From asking friends who own Audi's, I was told that I was Overcharged for my oil change. Original price $315 but was charged $277, which is extremely high considering others who own Audi's and paid less. Very disappointed, Very disappointed... Wait time 2 hours for oil change. Overall, not HAPPY��....

The service here is always top notch. I will never again go to an auto care place. It pays to take it to the dealer. Loved my driver--the nicest person ever. (Took the shuttle service to and from work.) My "service due" light is still on--probably just oversight--not a big deal, but annoying.
